Termination

Depending upon the severity of the indiscretion, one may be given an opportunity to rectify the situation or in extreme circumstances, at the discretion of Nacogdoches Surgery Center and/or Foundation Surgery Affiliates, privileges will be revoked immediately. Contractors agree that any such termination of account or membership may be effected without any prior notice and agree that Nacogdoches Surgery Center and/or Foundation Surgery Affiliates shall not be liable to the contractor or any third-party for any such termination.

Miscellaneous

The failure of Nacogdoches Surgery Center and/or Foundation Surgery Affiliates to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Notices shall not constitute a waiver of any right or provision.
